Babak Moghaddam graduated from the University of Southern California in 1985. He began his career in the mortgage industry as a compliance auditor at the Bank of New York in 1986 and earned his Master's in Business Administration two years later.
Babak quickly realized that his passion was to help clients with a critical component of Their lives- personal financial management. That's when he decided that he wanted to become a mortgage advisor. To Babak, a mortgage is far more than a simple, commoditized tool for purchasing real estate. Contrary to traditional thinking, he believes that how a mortgage is structured and integrated into overall financial planning has a significant impact on a client’s ability to build wealth and retire comfortably.
