Being aware of what was going on in the market, he began flipping properties beginning in 1995. Since that time he’s been involved with the purchase, rehab, and re-sale of approximately 135 of these types of properties. In 2000, he struck out and opened his own Brokerage firm, California Realty Network/California Mortgage Network. He represents both buyers and sellers of homes, as well as arranging mortgages for his purchase and refinance clientele. In 2001 Ed branched out and began a development company building spec homes in the greater Palm Springs area. Over a 6 year period this division of his company had constructed and sold 46 new homes. In 2004 Ed took over RE/MAX Maui which at the time was a 3 person office. Within 3 years this company had grown into 2 offices with 28 sales Agents. Being passionate about all aspects of Real Estate and a life-long learner, Ed is always looking to grow expanding his knowledge and experience. As an additional service to his investor clients he offers leasing and management for their long term rental properties.
